  • Vijay Sodiwala

    Managing Director

    Vijay has a background in technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), customer relationship management and has worked as an executive and/or consultant with leading TMT companies such as BSkyB, News International/News Corporation, Tiscali and Video Networks. He has been involved in the launch of a number of high profile and innovative technology platform based consumer businesses including The Sun’s and BSkyB’s launch of ISP and telecommunications services.

    Vijay also serves as a non-executive for Ofsted (part of the Department of Children Schools and Families).

    Vijay holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and an MBA from London Business School.

  • Graham Brown

    Client Management and Research

    Graham joined Caucus from sister company Opinion Leader (part of Chime Communications plc) where he was a director of research. Graham is responsible for client relationships and for the quality and delivery of projects.

    Graham has been involved in the research industry for over ten years and has conducted numerous projects with senior stakeholders, customers and employees across a broad range of sectors. Previous clients have included BAE Systems, British Airways, BT, BUPA, Carbon Trust, Defra, Department of Culture, Media and Sport, Department of Health, KPMG, Ofcom, Ofgem, Pepsico Royal Mail, Sainsbury’s and Thames Water.

    Graham holds an MSc in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Strathclyde.

  • Crystal Evans

    Communities and Research

    Crystal has a research and consulting background with specialist expertise in online approaches and community management having worked extensively both agency and client side.

    Developing her academic passion for communication, she joined Cape Consulting where she applied Reichheld’s concept of gleaning insights at customers’ moments of truth in her Customer Loyalty focused projects for leading financial and consumer sector clients in the FTSE 100.

    Subsequently, Crystal took up a business development position with Resources Group, advancing their research offering across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

    Returning to the UK, she gained her first true insight into the advantages of digital research over traditional methods whilst at News Hour with BBC’s World Service. Spurred by the potential of Web 2.0 as a consumer engagement tool, she joined BuzzBack Market Research working in both London and New York, specialising in online research techniques and conducting numerous online projects for international FMCG companies including GSK, Alberto Culver, VO5, Nokia, BP, General Mills and Diageo.

    Crystal graduated from Royal Holloway College, University of London in English Literature BA with Honours.

  • Stephen Tallett

    Community Design and Creative

    Stephen oversees the design and build of communities to ensure they meet client needs and provide a compelling experience for community members.

    Stephen has a background in digital and social media and prior to Caucus helped design and lead the delivery of psychology-based social networking and personalisation solutions for online communities and client sites for Synature, an online marketing company. Earlier, he worked as Research and Marketing Manager for the electronic media division of Ambient Plc, a provider of media service solutions.

    At Caucus, Stephen has designed and implemented communities and run real-time online events for clients including the Department for Culture Media and Sport’s Government Olympic Executive, the Department of Health, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Prime Minister’s Commission on the Future of Nursing and Midwifery, and Channel 4.

    Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from City University and a PhD and an MSc in Social Psychology from the University of Surrey.

  • Patrick Jolin

    Technology

    Patrick is responsible for overseeing and directing the development of the CaucusWorld platform and ensures that evolution of the platform continues according to client specific requests and new market requirements.

    Working closely with clients, Patrick ensures that we fully understand define all platform expectations which are then planned and delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.

    Patrick has worked on the delivery of technology solutions for over 20 years and has an extensive background in project and programme management within a variety of technology based industries (such as multimedia content delivery, CRM, telcoms and triple play services).

  • Tom Gates

    Operations

    Tom and his team are responsible for the day to day operational management of our community platform.

    Tom has managed the support, development and release of bespoke software solutions in a variety of sectors including FMCG, media and pharmaceuticals where he has worked with clients such as InBev, United Biscuits, BSkyB and Pfizer to name a few.
