These ongoing discussions, which are managed by a dedicated Community Manager, provide you with continuous and immediate feedback from your key audience.
The engagement techniques used by our Consultants and Community Managers bring community members centre stage, so that they take ownership of the objectives of the community and become key partners in the process. Intuitive and easy-to-use tools for discussion, sharing opinions and co-creation of ideas encourages continuous feedback revealing insights on a regular basis. For example, our voting and commenting applications allow suggestions that have gained most traction in the community to rise to the top. As the communities evolve our Consultants together with the Community Manager identify key emerging themes, changing sentiments and report these back to you on a regular basis.
We are passionate about ongoing dialogue with community members being the means by which the deepest levels of insight are revealed. Our approach is very different to traditional research approaches where continuous participation is either very difficult to achieve or prohibitively expensive.

CaucusWorld is our community platform for conducting research and engagement activities. It marries qualitative, quantitative and multi-method approaches with user-enabled idea-generation in a co-creative setting.

Surveys
Our library of interactive questionnaires supports an extensive range of qualitative and quantitative question types as well as innovative online engagement exercises such as sorting tools and trade-off tasks.

Focus groups
A video and audio streaming environment for live discussions is managed by a moderator to quickly and cost effectively explore issues most relevant to you and your audience. Live discussion events can include showing presentations, running snap polls and exercises with real-time presentation of results to stimulate further discussion.

Debate
Debate can take place in the forums and during live discussion events. Discussions are either directed by a Community Manager on a special topic, or unguided when the participants decide to debate an issue or topic of interest, using the forum.

Sharing
Members can access and share a variety of resources via the blog, forum and insights area and can be in any format including pictures, photos, videos, audio or text

Collaboration
Clients and community members also have opportunity to collaborate and co-create on an area of interest to help develop an ideas or new product concepts. On our ‘Ideas Wall’ for example members can rate each others suggestions and ideas.

Our team of consultants help you to determine the best way to start up and manage the community on an ongoing basis.
Our consultants are trained to identify and nurture those ‘weak signals’ that are so easy to miss by conventional research methods but which can be drawn out by close observation and interaction within the community.
Our consultants report and provide feedback and insights on a regular basis to the client for the life of the community. This includes reporting findings and analysing the data collected from surveys, focus groups, and ongoing community activity and engagement.
